At BHCP, we look for educators with a passion for learning and a desire to grow in their understanding and practice of the Reggio Emilia approach.
Our educators believe that children are capable and are excited to work as co-learners, co-researchers and co-constructors of children’s ideas, thinking and knowledge.
Ongoing professional development is a central part of our educators’ growth, and each year two teachers have the opportunity to participate in a study-tour group in a Study-Tour Group in Reggio Emilia.
